At 1 Method, our treatment programs are open to adults over the age of 18, of all genders, who are struggling with a Substance Use Disorder and/or Dual Diagnosis, and anyone who is willing to participate in all aspects of our treatment.
The intake process begins with an initial consultation. During a simple phone call we’ll explain our program and answer all your questions to help you make an informed decision about whether 1 Method is a good fit for you and your needs. You’ll gain the benefit of our expertise regarding various treatment options, program costs, how insurance works, and a host of other important considerations to help you make the best decision for your recovery.

We have a streamlined intake process. Nearly a decade of admissions experience means we can assist you in an efficient way. The intake process consists of four simple steps:
Contact Us. This can be you, a family member, or a friend. The “client” doesn’t have to make the first call. We’ll complete a free treatment consultation and help you determine which program is best.
Verify insurance and out-of-pocket costs. We’ll do this for you, so that you don’t have. All we’ll need is some basic insurance information.
Schedule a date. We can get you in quickly if you’re paying privately. With insurance, we can usually admit within 24 hours of your initial phone consultation. If you are arriving by plane, we’ll greet you at the airport, near baggage claim. If you’re local we can send transportation to pick you up at a location of your choice. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
Arrive at 1 Method. We are prepared no matter what time you arrive and will have everything ready for you. You will be greeted at the door and welcomed like a friend. After checking in, appropriate staff will immediately assess your medical condition. Detox medications (if needed) will be prescribed for you right away and our nurses will endeavor to keep you comfortable. Shortly after admission, the team will begin thorough psychiatric, medical, and clinical evaluations. This ensures your detox and treatment plan are specific to your needs right from the start.
