Victor’s mission is to help others to achieve their individual goals, as well as their fitness and well being. He love’s spending time on expanding his knowledge as a fitness professional and helping those who are aspiring health and wellness coach or personal trainer.
He has been a fitness professional for the last 17 years and focusing on variations of training techniques. Some of which includes: muscle hypertrophy, max strength, power and agility, competition prepping and weight management.
